Principles and fundamentals of retention and dispersion in chromatography, techniques of gas-chromatography (GC), high-performance-liquid-chromatography (HPLC); instrumentation, mechanisms and applications, data assessment and evaluation, calibration, and errors in quantitative analysis

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

To come familiar with the fundamentals of high performance chromatography (CGC, HPLC) their techniques and major applications.
