Information

Aims, contents and method of the course

The lecture deals with the methodology and applications of NMR spectroscopy to relevant problems of molecular biology. The basic principles of the methodology are explained and demonstrated with practical applications to structural biology.
During the exercises students will perform
protein crystallisation and x-ray data collection experiments.
