Aims, contents and method of the course
Assessment and permitted materials
The evaluation will be based on active participation (4 writen assignments) (20%), public presentation of a paper chosen from a reading list (30%) and a written exam (50%)
Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

public presentation: must be completed;

This is not a course including training in bioinformatic analysis of sequencing data, and rather covers all aspects of sequencing and sequence data generation which need to be considered beforehand, during sample preparation and processing.
