Aims, contents and method of the course

Basics in quantitative analysis, common measuring instruments in quantitative analysis, analytical methods in quantitative analysis (gravimetry, acidimetry, alkalimetry, redox titration, precipitation titration, complexometric titration), quantitative methods of the european pharmacopoea, stoichiometric calculations in quantitative analysis, statistical evaluation of analytical results.

Assessment and permitted materials

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

Explanation of the basics in quantitative analysis, education in handling analytical results in quantitative analysis, knowledge of the pharmaceutical relevant methods in quantitative analysis of drugs, recognition of the special challenge in quantitative analysis due to pharmaceutical requirements.
