Information
Aims, contents and method of the course
Within the seminar "Computational Life Sciences" the manifold applications of information technology in the field of life sciences is discussed. Special emphasis will be put on the areas of pharmacoinformatics, data bases, metrics, bioinformatics and dynamic systems. Besides discussion of up to date scientific problems also overviews on new methodological developments, such as machine learning or GRID computing will be given
