oral examination (in German)

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

Aim of the lecture: Students should acquire the theoretical background of magistral medical prescriptions. The lecture serves to provide basic knowledge on magistral formulations and students should be able to correctly apply appropriate working protocols to produce state of the art products. This includes knowledge of the deployed compounds and their incompatibilities in order to independently correct inappropriate magistral prescriptions.

Examination topics

Contents of the lecture (15 sessions, power point presentation). The exam includes one model magistral medical prescription for theoretical analysis und discussion (including all required calculations, e.g. regarding allowed dosage, and price calculations) as well as two further questions to be answered orally.
