Aims, contents and method of the course

Assessment and permitted materials

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

Teil 1:
UV/VIS Quantifizierung, UV/VIS Spektrum, HPLC Quantifizierung, DEV, Äth. Öl Gehalt, GC, Quellungszahl, Wertbestimmung, Alkoholgehalt, Naturstoffisolierung, Phytoäquivalenz/Stabilität.
Im Teil 1 maximal 5 negative Proben zulässig, ab 6 negativen Proben werden die Übungen negativ beurteilt.
Teil 2:
Arzneibuchprobe (Mikroskopie, DC Identitätsprüfung, Aschegehalt, Trocknungsverlust, Gehaltsbestimmung, Gesamtbeurteilung)
Im Teil 2 maximal 3 negative Teilergebnisse zulässig, ab 4 negativen Teilergebnissen werden die Übungen negativ beurteilt.
