Aims, contents and method of the course
Im Rahmen der Übungen sollen die wichtigsten Arbeitstechniken der pflanzlichen Gewebekultur erlernt werden. Beispiele umfassen die Nährmedienzubereitung und Wuchsstoff-Screening, Etablierung steriler Kulturen von Freilandpflanzen und Samen, Nodien- und Sprosskulturen, Organogenese und Kalluskultur, Embryokultur, Kryokonservierung, Kalteinlagerung, Bewurzelung und Akklimatisierung.

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
Voraussetzung für die Teilnahme sind gute Kenntnisse in Pflanzen-Biotechnologie (POSITIVE ABSOLVIERUNG der VO 322064 "Einführung in die pflanzliche Zell- und Gewebekultur - M14")
