Aims, contents and method of the course

Im Rahmen der Vorlesung werden Getränke in der menschlichen Ernährung sowie die verschiedenen Inhaltsstoffe betrachtet. Hierbei werden anhand der aktuellen Studienlage vor allem die ernährungsphysiologischen, ernährungsmedizinischen und biochemischen Aspekte von Getränken und deren Inhaltsstoffen betrachtet.
