Diese Übung baut auf den Kenntnissen aus dem Seminar Umsetzung des
Lehrplansmit Stundengestaltung auf.
Für die erfolgreiche Absolvierung sollten daher bereits vor der Übung
die grundlegenden Fragestellungen und das fachdidaktische Konzept
des Unterrichtsfaches sowie didaktische, methodische Grundkenntnisse im
Rahmen des Seminares Umsetzung des Lehrplans mit Stundengestaltung absolviert sein.

Im Falle einer VERHINDERUNG an der Teilnahme ist eine ABMELDUNG innerhalb der Abmeldefrist UNBEDINGT ERFORDERLICH, da bei Abbruch und unentschuldigtem Fernbleiben eine negative Bewertung erfolgt.
Abmeldungen außerhalb dieser Frist können nur mit Nachweis eines triftigen Grundes (z.B. Erkrankung) erfolgen.

Aims, contents and method of the course

Planning and testing (microteaching) of subject-specific lessons based on the applicable curricula and the didactic possibilities including feed-back and reflection. subject-specific didactical analysis of the microteaching lessons (according to W. Klafki) and according to the Austrian reference framework for nutrition and consumer education.
Become acquainted and developing possibilities for assessment in the area of the school subject Nutrition and Consumer education connected to competences.
The course should take place digitally with distance learning as well as on site (PH Vienna) in the sense of a blended learning approach. The prerequisite for the on-site event is that the Covid traffic light remains green or yellow.
If necessary, the course can be converted to hybrid teaching or completely to digital. In order to receive all information for possible adjustments you have to be registered for the course.

Lesson planning 1 (sequence) and presentation (microteaching) (25%)
Written reflection microteaching 1 (12.5%)

written reflection microteaching 2 (12.5%);
written assessment including presentation and reflection; (25%)
Submission of the portfolio to Moodle

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

Genügend: 60- 65 %
Befriedigend: 66 – 80 %
Gut: 81 – 90 %
Sehr Gut: 91-100 %
