Aims, contents and method of the course

This seminar aims to deepen the knowledge and skills in lifecycle nutrition.

Students have the ability to understand special energy and nutrient need during the lifecycle and to react sufficiently flexibly to nutritional problems.

Assessment and permitted materials

group work (handout, presentation), active participation and discussion, paperwork, final paper

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

- group work (handout, presentation): 40%
- active participation and discussion: 10%
- paperwork: 10%
- final paper: 40%
pass mark beining: 60%
