As a result of attending this course students should have knowledge in:Physiological adaptations in response to physical activity

Examination topics
To provide the theoretical background of periodization. There will be an emphasis of the strong relationship between exercise physiology and applied exercise science. Across the several applications of training the cross-linking within this course will set a framework for future work.
