Information
Aims, contents and method of the course
This lecture provides a thorough introduction to key concepts in the sport and exercise psychology. It draws connections between research and practice and captures the excitement of the world of sport and exercise. The course focuses on following topics: perception, attention, (motor) learning, memory, decision making in sports, emotions, stress and anxiety, motivation, willpower, self-concept, personality, and personality development through sport and exercise.
Assessment and permitted materials
Written exam (100% Multiple Choice), online, 45 Minutes.
Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
A minimum of 50% of correct responses is needed to pass the test. Grading:
1 = 87 - 100%
2 = 75 - 86.99%
3 = 63 - 74.99%
4 = 50 - 62.99%
5 = 49.99% and less
