Aims, contents and method of the course
Introduction to fundamental legal theory categories and concepts. Legal methods are presented and discussed in a descriptive but critical manner. The practical relevance of theoretical decisions is essential. Special attention is also paid to legislative drafting. The aim is to develop a refined understanding of methods that will facilitate the resolution of common legal problems.
