Information

Aims, contents and method of the course

Introduction to fundamental legal theory categories and concepts. Legal methods are presented and discussed in a descriptive but critical manner. The practical relevance of theoretical decisions is essential. Special attention is also paid to legislative drafting. The aim is to develop a refined understanding of methods that will facilitate the resolution of common legal problems.

Assessment and permitted materials

Klausur- oder Hausarbeit am Ende der VO.
The use of AI tools is generally permitted, because it cannot be prevented, but it must be stated in the written work that this aid has been used.

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

Positive exam or term paper. Participation can lead to an improvement in the final grade.
