Information
Aims, contents and method of the course
The colloquium is open to advanced PhD students who have already conducted their empirical research/fieldwork and are writing their thesis; whose topics fall at the intersection of critical urban and migration/refugee studies, forced migration, cultural industries, neoliberal city making, policy processes, housing, urban social movements, corporatization of higher education. The participating students are expected to present a chapter of their thesis or a paper targeting a journal publication based on their thesis in class and discuss a presenter’s paper and/or chapter.
