Information
Aims, contents and method of the course
General seminary of the group Dynamic of Condensed Systems. Lectures are given by Master and PhD students of the group, guests and students. Students can select from a pool of themes, which is interesting for the group, such as structure, kinetics and dynamics of materials in dependence on temperature or load, or modern characterization techniques such as X-ray scattering (in particular SAXS, GISAXS), synchrotron radiation, scanning electron microscopy.
Assessment and permitted materials
Course with with immanent examinations.
Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
Students will be assessed by partizipation in lectures, their own lecture and the understanding of the themes of the course. The goal is to to acquire knowledge about structure, kinetics and dynamics of modern materials, in particular the knowledge of different approaches, available within the group Dynamics of Condensed Systems, to develop and characterize new materials.
