Information

Aims, contents and method of the course

Scientific specialisation in one of the different palaeontological fields: micropalaeontology, evertebrate palaeontology, vertebrate palaeontology, paleobotany.

Part Vertebrate Palaeontology:
Topic: Palaeobiology of Vertebrates
Remarks: Students from all earth and life sciences disciplines are welcome.
The course is compulsory for all members of the Evolutionary Moorphology Research Group.

Assessment and permitted materials

Regular attendance in one of the seminar parts (Kriwet, Heinz, Nawrot, Nagel) with active participation in the discussion, and own presentation of a scientific topic.

Part Vertebrate Palaeontology:
Topic: Palaeobiology of terrestrial Vertebrates (Part 1)
Remarks: 20-25 minute presentation on selected topics (topics will be advertised in Moodle). Bsc, MSc and PhD students of EvoMoRG have to give a 20-25 minute presentation.
