Information

Aims, contents and method of the course

Current research topics in the field of astronomy and astrophysics. Each seminar day consists of two informal presentations of ~30 min each, with ~20 min presentation plus ~10 min discussion (during and/or after presentation). PhD students have priority over other speakers from the Department of Astrophysics. Guests are invited to take free slots.

Assessment and permitted materials

Presentation of ongoing scientific work, active participation in the seminars, chairing of one seminar.

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

The grading is done considering the presence in the lecture, active participation in discussion, presentation and chairing of a seminar.
