Aims, contents and method of the course
Assessment and permitted materials
Assignments for each class session, the creation of exercises, short tests on the grammar topics, and the maintenance of a learning portfolio.
Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
Attendance is mandatory. Absences are permitted only in justified cases with appropriate documentation. Regular completion of written assignments and short tests is required. Submission of the portfolio is compulsory.

The course aims to provide students with advanced subject-specific didactic competencies in the field of Slavic language didactics, with particular emphasis on modern visualization strategies and AI-supported didactic methods. Students are to be enabled to didactically analyse linguistic, cultural, and stylistic content, to structure and present it methodologically and in an audience-appropriate manner, to use digital tools in a reflective way, and to critically assess their didactic potential. In addition, competencies in lesson planning, self-organization, and the reflection of one’s own teaching practice are fostered.Course Content
Foundations and current concepts of Slavic language didactics
Didactic visualization of linguistic structures (grammar, syntax, stylistics, discourse)
Use of digital media and AI-based applications in language teaching
Development, analysis, and evaluation of digital and analogue teaching materials
Critical reflection on the possibilities and limitations of AI-supported teaching and learning processes
Planning, implementation, and analysis of teaching units
Mediation of linguistic and cultural content with consideration of multimodal approachesTeaching Methods
Small-group work and project-based learning
Analysis of didactic scenarios and teaching examples
Independent development and presentation of didactic concepts
