Classes

The first session (Course discussion) will take place on the 16th of December at 3PM in room 2D313.
The course will be held then in a 2 day course setting from the 19-20th of January (9-5PM).

First day is an introduction (what are DL models in general, LLMs in specific, and legal aspects), second day is about hands on experience with LLMs

Aims, contents and method of the course

This course aims to explore the impact of Large Language Models (LLMs) within the natural/pharmaceutical sciences. Participants will gain foundational knowledge of LLMs, understand emerging legal concerns and the introduction of new computational tools, and acquire hands-on experience in applying LLMs to solve programming challenges relevant to the field. The course is designed for those with an interest in the intersection of artificial intelligence and natural/pharmaceutical sciences, with a particular emphasis on how coding and LLMs can enhance research and development.
