Assessment and permitted materials
IREWI students will take a single oral exam, covering the 3 courses included in Module 5, European Union Law. IREWI students will take the oral exam with one of the Professors of the Department of European, International, and Comparative Law, automatically assigned in alphabetical order.Erasmus/exchange students may take an oral exam with the teacher of the course. The oral exam will take place on 27th June 2022, from 9.00 to 12.00, in the room SEM 52 in Juridicum. The exam will take place in the English language. The grade and the number of ECTS credits for the present course will appear on the certificate listing the courses taken by the student during his/her Erasmus/exchange period at the University of Vienna.Erasmus/exchange students who actively participate in the class by summarizing one of the rulings assigned as weekly reading material will receive a “+”. Every “+” will increase the final grade of the course of 0.25 points, up to a maximum of 1 point.
