STEOP module examination on the contents of the lectures “Nutritional Science: applied and multidisciplinary” and "Nutrition and Nutritional Scienes as a Scientific Discipline"- Basic concepts of nutrition- Food/nutrient based nutritional recommendations- Methods of determining nutritional status- Energy requirement- Need, recommendation and physiological characteristics of macro- and selected micronutrients- Alternative diets- Sustainable nutrition- Health promotion and disease prevention through nutrition- Nudging in nutrition

Assessment and permitted materials

Written STEOP module examination on the contents of the lectures "Nutrition Science: applied and multidisciplinary" and "Nutrition and Nutritional Scienes as a Scientific Discipline"
