Examination topics
The lectured material in its entirety will be included. The oral examination will focus on assessing the students' understanding of the physical principles and phenomena behind the topics presented in the lecture.

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
The minimum requirement for a successful attendance is a basic knowledge of solid state physics or materials physics.
