Due to the current conversion of the teaching system to e-learning, the examination will be held orally via the online tool Big Blue Button (access via Moodle). Please register for the exam as usual. The exact time of the exam will be sent to you by e-mail about 2 days before the exam date.

Grundlegende Kenntnisse der Anwendungen, Analytik und gesundheitlichen Bewertungen von Lebensmittelzusatzstoffen sowie deren gesetzliche Regelungen.

Notenschlüssel:
50 bis 63% ... genügend
64 bis 77% ... befriedigend
78 bis 91% ... gut
92 bis 100% ... sehr gut
