Assessment and permitted materials
The written exam with open questions is in German language (45 minutes); the use of uncommented editions of the law and non-electronic dictionaries is permitted.

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
A total of 30 points can be achieved. From 16 points the exam is passed positively. From 16 points - 4, from 19.5 - 3, from 23.5 - 2, from 27.5 - 1.Students have the opportunity to collect three bonus points via our learning app "MooDuell". The exact modalities can be found in the Moodle course.
Full points can be achieved even without the bonus points. A negative assessment cannot become positive through the bonus points.
