Lehrveranstaltungen der Studienrichtung Geschichte werden von fünf Instituten angeboten: Institut für Alte Geschichte (9.01), Institut für Geschichte, Institut für Osteuropäische Geschichte, Institut für Wirtschafts- und Sozialgeschichte und Institut für Zeitgeschichte.
