Information

Aims, contents and method of the course

The focus of "Exercises in EU-Law" lies with the development and discussion of the case-solving system in EU-law; furthermore, the system mentioned shall be apllied to principles of EU-Law, Eu Constitutional Law, and the Law of the Common Market and procedural questions that may arise in the context.

Assessment and permitted materials

Active class participation (= 15%) and written exam (= 85%).

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

Presence is of utmost importance; participation in class-discussion and Interest in the subjects of the class is essential, as well as a thorough exam-preparation by going through cases and materials discussed in class.

Examination topics

Recommended textbooks and the subject of classes will be communicated in the kick-off class and via MOODLE.

Reading list

The syllabus shall be provided to registered students only via MOODLE and encompasses essays as well as relevant ECJ-judgements.
