Information

Aims, contents and method of the course

CONTENTS:
Contents result from the topics chosen/taken over by the participants. In this seminar, the free choice of a legal history topic by the students (after consultation and in agreement with the course leader) is possible, but topic suggestions from all sub-fields of legal and constitutional history are also provided or a topic consultation by the course leader can take place.

OBJECTIVES and METHODS:
Students' presentations and their critical discussion, preparation and supervision of a written paper, preferably a DSA (supported by an introduction to scientific work).
For more details, see the learning platform and the preliminary meeting.

Assessment and permitted materials

Paper including presentation, participation in discussion, written work (not permitted aids: ChatGPT and any comparable tools).
For details see learning platform and preliminary discussion.

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

Sufficient attendance (of course not at all possible seminar dates, more details on Moodle) and presentation on the adopted topic.
