Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
The goal of this course is to provide a thorough introduction into problems of organizational design and human resource management. The course mainly takes an economic perspective, which is enriched by relevant results of behavioral research. The main focus of the course is on the relationship between organizational structures and the individual behavior of members of the organization. Using this perspective, classical concepts of organizational design and fundamental questions of human resource management are discussed.
