Computational Science (Algorithms), High Performance Computing, Optimization and Simulation, Computational Chemistry, Pharmakoinformatics, Scientific Computing in Astronomy
Assessment and permitted materials
Attendance during the lectures and writing of a short report about one of the application areas presented in the lectures.
Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
Introduction in methods and application areas of Scientific Computing
Examination topics
The lecture units give an introduction to different application areas of Scientific Computing and show by practical examples usage of methods.
