Information
Aims, contents and method of the course
Becoming as competent as possible in the field of Old Persian grammar in all its synchronic and diachronic aspects by interpreting together the report Darius the Great has left us of his own usurpation in his mother tongue on the rock of Bisotun and applying to it the strictest possible linguistic and philological methods. Each and every form will be taken care of, and each and every argument will be evaluated with the greatest possible circumspection..
Assessment and permitted materials
Oral and written homework -- Reading short papers.
Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
Regular participation in the course and carrying out every single oral and written exercise each of which will be given individual marks.
Examination topics
All sorts of (home)work to be done on the basis of what was taught.
