Aims, contents and method of the course
In dem Seminar werden Grundlagentexte des klassischen Utilitarismus gelesen. Ergänzend werden neue Beiträge zu Fragen der Umweltethik und der Medizinethik erörtert.
Assessment and permitted materials
Das Seminar wird mit einer Klausur abgschlossen. Zusätzlich wird von den TeilnehmerInnen erwartet, die Texte zu lesen, aktiv an der Diskussion im Seminar teilzunehmen und eine kurze Präsentation vorzubereiten.

Philosophisches Argumentieren; Erwerb von Grundlagenkenntnissen in der Ethik
