Information
Aims, contents and method of the course
This course is about mathematical methods in different types of tomography, eg. traditional computer tomography, MRI and hybrid imaging techniques. We will consider the analysis of these tomography and corresponding reconstruction methods.
Assessment and permitted materials
Theoretical and potentially programming exercises throughout the course plus a final exam (oral or written, depending on the number of students).
Minimum requirements and assessment criteria
Grading is based on the following three factors (minimum requirement for each given in brackets):
1) number of prepared, i.e. checkmarked, exercises (50%),
2) quality of presented exercises (one positive presentation),
3) exam (positive grade).
