Information
Aims, contents and method of the course
Hands-on Übungen am eigenen Computer zu den Themen, die in der Vorlesung behandelt werden. Als Programmiersprache kommt Python zum Einsatz. Neben einer allgemeinen Einführung in Python werden schwerpunktmäßig Python-Bibliotheken zum wissenschaftlichen Rechnen behandelt (z.B. NumPy, SciPy, MatPlotlib, PETSc, FEniCS, BEM++). In der Übung wird der Umgang mit Python anhand einfacher Beispiele erarbeitet. Am Ende des Semesters wird in Kleingruppen ein umfangreicheres Projekt behandelt.
