Information

Aims, contents and method of the course

Ecophysiological, metabolomics methods and up to date photosynthesis and microscopy measurements are employed to understand the basic phytosnthetic variants and climatically induced transitions: C3, C4, CAM. Open research aspects are tackled using of advanced statistics.

Assessment and permitted materials

50% active participation, 50% written and presented protocol

Minimum requirements and assessment criteria

Students are present zu 80% miminum. they prepare a coolaborative group presentation and a final protocol.
Marks contribution 50% Präsentation 10% Protocoll 40%

Examination topics

written protocol coverin methods, results and discussion of the experiments in thge form opf a micro- paper
