Information
Ziele, Inhalte und Methode der Lehrveranstaltung
This course is an introduction into the Comparative Constitutional Studies lecture series held by Prof. Manfred Stelzer. It is designed to enable students to engage in a comparative study of constitutional systems from a wide variety of jurisdictions such as the UK, Germany, Australia, China, the USA, Finland etc. A thematic approach, meanwhile, provides for a variety of subject-areas: Part II of the lecture series will focus on "Parliaments". This will allow for a discussion of aspects of comparative constitutional law in greater depth - a considerable advantage for those attracted to this field.
