Prüfungsstoff
The students are enabled to increase their knowledge of mediation and different negotiation techniques and to get a practical insight into the mediation process.

Prerequisites for application- completion of the class "Mediation for Lawyers" (at latest during this coming Semester WS 2019/20)
- completion of the class "Introduction to Negotation" (at latest during this coming WS 2019/20)
- high proficiency in the English language (competition level)
