Ziele, Inhalte und Methode der Lehrveranstaltung

After a brief introduction to the legal system of the EU, the course covers the different economic forms of European integration and the four fundamental economic freedoms of the European Internal Market, i.e. free movement of goods, services, capital, and persons. Methods: Lecture and discussion.

Art der Leistungskontrolle und erlaubte Hilfsmittel

Written final exam. The TEU and TFEU can be used (plain text without any
comments)

Mindestanforderungen und Beurteilungsmaßstab

50% for a passing grade, based on the written final exam.
