Ziele, Inhalte und Methode der Lehrveranstaltung
Diese Lehrveranstaltung bereitet die Studierenden auf die Teilnahme an der ELSA Moot Court Competition (EMC2 oder EMCC) vor. Zuerst finden eine nationale sowie eine regionale (März 2015), mündliche Runde statt. Die SiegerInnen nehmen an der internationalen schriftlichen Runde teil.
Art der Leistungskontrolle und erlaubte Hilfsmittel
Individuelle Beurteilung auf Basis der Leistungen bei Erstellung des Schriftsatzes und im Rahmen der mündlichen Phase.
Mindestanforderungen und Beurteilungsmaßstab
Die LV richtet sich an alle Studierenden, die ihre Kenntnisse im WTO Recht vertiefen wollen und gleichzeitig ihre Präsentationsfähigekeit in englischer Sprache ausbauen wollen.
Prüfungsstoff
Coaching der TeilnehmerInnen beim Verfassen der Schriftsätze sowie Vorbereitung auf die Plädoyers in den nationalen, regionalen Runden sowie der internationalen, schriftlichen Runde durch Präsentationstraining und Videoanalyse.
