In-depth analysis of selected topic in space law; the particpiants should learn how to elaborate and discuss international legal topics in a scholarly way
Prüfungsstoff
Legal research on a subject in the field of international space law, discussion of the subject in class, submission of a research paper at the end of the term, oral presentation and defense of the research paper during the final session

The topics discussed focus on the problems and issues arising in these cases. Participants have to choose one of the topics and conduct research on them. A large part of the seminar will revolve around the discussion of the cases and case-related problems as well as on presentations of work by participants. Successful completion of the seminar will enable students to apply for participation in the Manfred Lachs Space Law Moot Court Competition 2013 (Regional Finals).
