Ziele, Inhalte und Methode der Lehrveranstaltung

This course discusses the different ways in which EU law influences commercial contracts: starting with issues of international civil procedure and private international law, EU legislation also provides for substantive private law rules. Further, EU public law sets boundaries to the contractual freedom of the parties.

The course should be interactive, therefore students are required to participate and prepare for each unit by studying the reading material.
