Ziele, Inhalte und Methode der Lehrveranstaltung

Evolution of International and European Environmental Law: from Stockholm to Johannesburg;
Structure of international and European Environmental Law;
Specific areas of International and European Environmental Law
(e.g. climate change, water law, biodiversity and biosafety)

Art der Leistungskontrolle und erlaubte Hilfsmittel

Written exams and active course participation:
1. Written Examinations. There will be written examinations worth 70% of the final course mark.
2. Class participation. This will include demonstrated preparation for class and participation in discussions and is worth 30% of the final course mark.
