Ziele, Inhalte und Methode der Lehrveranstaltung
The course builds upon the course "Introduction to the international human rights regime". The participants will have the opportunity to deal with selected issues concerning the protection of human rights which will be based on concrete examples.After an introduction to the international right of expropriation, protection by human rights, protection by investment laws, the participants will be given the opportunity to work with selected questions concerning deprivation of property; a special focus will lie on the problems of indigenous peoples.
