Besides giving a general introduction to the field, fundamental methods and techniques from linear programming (LP), integer linear programming (ILP), and nonlinear programming (NLP) are discussed.
Programming examples are handled with Julia (https://julialang.org/) and JuMP (https://jump.dev/JuMP.jl/stable/installation/).
