Ziele, Inhalte und Methode der Lehrveranstaltung

Participants will have to give presentations based on their respective presentation slides and they have to participate actively in the course (by asking questions, answering questions and making comments). At the end of the course there will be a written exam.The usage of AI tools for the purpose of research is allowed. The usage of text elements based on the usage of AI tools for the presentation is not allowed.
Mindestanforderungen und Beurteilungsmaßstab
The grade of a participant depends on his/her presentation (33 1/3%), his/her active participation (33 1/3%) and his/her written exam (33 1/3%).The presentation slides to be created should summarise the essentials correctly and clearly in terms of content. They are the basis for the oral presentation.The oral presentation of the seminar paper should be given in an easily understandable, appealing and sensibly structured manner.Permanent attendance is a necessary condition for passing, but is not sufficient. Through active participation in the course in the form of questions to be asked, answers to questions to be given and comments to be made, students should participate in the discussion. A one-time excused absence is possible. If a participant is absent for a longer period, the couse cannot be completed successfully.

The presentations of other participants are commented on and discussed. This enables everyone to receive detailed feedback.
