Ziele, Inhalte und Methode der Lehrveranstaltung
Art der Leistungskontrolle und erlaubte Hilfsmittel
Gute Englisch-Kenntnisse sind erforderlich und die Bereitschaft, Filme in voller Länge auch an Zusatz-Terminen für die notwendige analytische Arbeit zu sehen. Der Spielfilm am Tag des Seminars sowie die anschließende Diskussion zum Thema Film Noir-Exil-Psychoanalyse sind sowohl am IfZ als im Metro Kino verbindlich. Eine weitere Voraussetzung sind Grundlagenkenntnisse in der europäischen und amerikanischen Kulturgeschichte des 20. Jahrhunderts, insbesondere 30er bis 60er Jahre. Das Seminar ermöglicht filmpraktisch interessierten Studierenden ebenfalls, ein Noir-Kurzfilm-Projekt zu entwickeln.
