Ziele, Inhalte und Methode der Lehrveranstaltung
This lecture course aims at helping students become competent readers. By providing them with a critical toolkit, the course is designed to enable participants to understand and apply some of the basic concepts of literary criticism.
Art der Leistungskontrolle und erlaubte Hilfsmittel
Written exam (Multiple Choice)The final test will be held on-site (this may need to be changed to online, depending on future developments surrounding the current Covid-19 situation. If the exam is online, the mode may be changed from Multiple Choice to open questions. I will keep you up-to-date on recent developments throughout the course.)It will be possible to collect bonus points in this lecture (more information on this issue will be provided in the first session.)

The pass rate is 60 per cent (60.00%).
The grading will be as follows:1 ... 90.00-100.00%
2 ... 80.00-89.99%
3 ... 70.00-79.99%
4 ... 60.00-69.99%
5 ... 0.00-59.99%Information on the exam will be available on moodle and in the lecture.It will be possible to collect bonus points in this lecture. It is not possible to pass the exam by bonus points alone; you will need a positive grade on the final test in order to pass this course (more information on this issue will be provided in the first session.)
