While we shall build up the course based on your needs, you may already have a look at Booth, whose book is a classic when it comes to structuring research. You can also check Kelleter for newest cult-lit approaches. Portwood-Stacer is good if you are planning to turn your PhD into a sellable book.- Booth, W.C. et al.
