Ziele, Inhalte und Methode der Lehrveranstaltung
Was ist ein Begriff im Gegensatz zu einem Wort? Was ist eine Hypothese, was ist ein Modell? Woraus besteht ein Modell? Wo hat all das seinen Platz in wissenschaftlichen Texten?
Art der Leistungskontrolle und erlaubte Hilfsmittel
Mindestanforderungen und Beurteilungsmaßstab
Es geht um ein Können, nämlich wissenschaftliche Texte, in denen es um "Entwicklung" geht, lesen und verstehen zu können.
Prüfungsstoff
Wöchentlich wird ein Artikel aus einer Fachzeitschrift besprochen. Die Einleitung erfolgt durch eine Kurzdarstellung von 10 Minuten durch Studierende. Die Texte sind (fast) alle auf Englisch und behandeln die Auswirkungen von Migration auf Entwicklung.
