Information
Ziele, Inhalte und Methode der Lehrveranstaltung
Die 'Weihrauchstraße' ist ein Begriff, das überwiegend aus der Interpretation der schriflichen Quellen entstanden ist. Im Seminar wird eine archäologische Herangehensweise im Vordergrund gestellt mit dem Ziel bisherige Rekonstruktionen und Definitionen kritisch zu betrachten. Insbesondere wird der Blick auf dem nördlichen Abschnitt der 'Weihrauchstraße' gerichtet, ein Gebiet das mit seinen aktuellen Ergebnissen aus der Feldforschung, wie noch nie die Möglichkeit anbietet eine neue Bilanz zu ziehen.
Art der Leistungskontrolle und erlaubte Hilfsmittel
Mindestanforderung für die positive Beurteilung ist die aktive Mitarbeit, Abhaltung zweier Referate und die Abfassung zweier Seminararbeiten (inkl. allfälliger Reflexion) gemäß den Vorgaben der Lehrveranstaltungsleitung und entsprechend den Regeln guter wissenschaftlicher Praxis. Es besteht Anwesenheitspflicht, ein dreimaliges unentschuldigtes Fehlen ist gestattet.

Jede Teilleistung wird eigenständig bewertet. Die Seminararbeiten (und allfälliges Reflexionsgespräch) fließen zu 70% in die Beurteilung der Lehrveranstaltung ein, das Referat zu 20% und die Mitarbeit ebenfalls zu 10%

Prüfungsstoff
Je ein Referat und je eine schriftliche Seminararbeit zu zwei Themen der LV.
